Galvanizing Services
Industrial-scale hot-dip galvanizing for superior corrosion protection
Overview
Our industrial-scale hot-dip galvanizing services provide long-lasting protection against corrosion for steel components used in marine and offshore applications. This process creates a metallurgically bonded zinc coating that shields steel from harsh environmental conditions, significantly extending service life and reducing maintenance costs.
- Complete protection including edges, welds, and recessed areas
- Metallurgical bond that won't peel, flake, or chip like paint
- 50+ years of corrosion protection in marine environments
- Abrasion and impact resistance for demanding applications
- Environmentally sustainable and 100% recyclable coating
- No maintenance required after application

Our Galvanizing Process
Surface Preparation
Thorough cleaning through caustic degreasing, acid pickling, and fluxing to remove all contaminants and prepare the steel surface.
Galvanizing
Immersion in a bath of molten zinc at approximately 450°C, where a metallurgical reaction creates zinc-iron alloy layers.
Cooling & Inspection
Controlled cooling followed by detailed inspection to ensure complete coverage and proper coating thickness.
Finishing & Certification
Final processing including removal of excess zinc, quality testing, and preparation of certification documentation.
Quality Assurance

Our galvanizing process is rigorously controlled and monitored to ensure consistent quality. We adhere to international standards for hot-dip galvanizing and provide comprehensive testing and documentation for all processed materials.
Our Standards:
- ASTM A123/A123M: Standard specification for zinc coatings on iron and steel products.
- ISO 1461: International standard for hot-dip galvanized coatings on fabricated iron and steel articles.
- BS EN ISO 14713: Guidelines and recommendations for the protection against corrosion of iron and steel structures.
- Quality Control Inspection: 100% visual inspection plus statistical sampling for detailed coating analysis.
